What shipped
The VP Calculator is a browser-based scoring tool that evaluates a value proposition across five weighted dimensions: Clarity, Differentiation, Proof, Relevance to Buyer Pain, and Actionability. Each dimension is scored 1–5 via guided prompts. Total score range: 5–25.

Scoring logic Scoring is user-inputted and prompt-guided, not AI-evaluated. The five-dimension framework was validated against 30+ real value propositions during internal development. Baseline distribution: most VPs score between 12–16/25. Actionability and Proof are consistently the lowest-performing dimensions.
Relationship to PMM Blender The VP Calculator is the standalone, public-facing version of the scoring engine embedded in PMM Blender (in development). The calculator outputs a diagnosis. PMM Blender will use the scored VP as the foundation for downstream asset generation — one-pagers, battlecards, sales decks.
